The Australian Aged Care Group Pty Ltd (AACG) is committed to providing residents with choice and greater flexibility in travelling to and from the facility. AACG believes in empowering our residents by increasing their ability to live their lives as independently as possible, whilst still in care.
Our Concierge Car Service operates by appointment five days a week — Monday to Friday. Please note that the costs associated with this service are additional and a full price list is below.
The service ensures residents always have a companion on hand to travel with them for whatever reason; for medical appointments or to simply have a cappuccino down main street.
To utilise our Concierge Car Service, the following rates apply:
Flat rate of $35 (return trip) into Cowes township and back, plus $0.82 per km.
Any trips off the island will cost $45 per hour, plus $0.82 per km.
