I have really enjoyed meeting all our residents and their families across both Banfields and Kew Gardens facilities.
I have really appreciated getting to know you all and hearing firsthand about the various bus outings and activities that we provide.
As one of the newest additions to the Australian Aged Care Group (AACG), I look forward to implementing the systems and processes, along with people and culture that align with AACG’s core values.
I am very excited to see AACG grow and excel at being a safe and viable option for residents and their families, as well as to continue to focus on the professional development of our valued team.
Recently I had a fantastic meet and greet afternoon introducing myself to the residents I hadn’t yet met, as well as the families and friends that could attend. It was a lovely afternoon tea where I got to chat to many of you and I look forward to saying hello
should any of our families and friends be visiting when I am next there, and of course spending more time with our amazing residents.
