Welcome to the Winter edition of the Banfields Bulletin! What can we do to warm up during the freezing Winter days? We’re going to Hawaii for the day!! Set the date, it’s on 10th August and “Aloha”! It will be a fun-packed day for all residents and staff to enjoy.
Our last Consumer Advisory Committee meeting was held on Tuesday, 1st August. It is with thanks that we say goodbye to the family members and residents of the committee who have served two terms. Moving forward, we will be holding a vote
for new members. There will be “How to Vote” forms and a ballot box available at Banfields Reception.
It has also been sad to say farewell this year to Michael (Maintenance Manager), Carmi (Clinical Care Manager), and Miles (Registered Nurse). We wish them all the best with their future endeavours.
Recruitment for RN and PCA positions continues. We have interviewed quite a few candidates who will be a very good fit for the Banfields family.
We are also planning to have a Harmony Day soon, where we will celebrate the diversity of staff cultures at Banfields. It is still in the planning stages, so watch this space!
We hope you enjoyed our meet and greet on Friday, 28 July for our residents and family to meet our new CEO Sarah Gladman, as well as Emily Hawke, Satinder Kaur and Camila Jimenez.
