Testimonials

I just wanted to say thank you to each and every one of you for the amazing job you are all doing right now. It definitely is a difficult time for everyone, and I know there must be days where it’s more difficult than others.

I think that you all deserve to be congratulated. I’m sure it’s not easy to always do the social distancing and protecting yourselves, your families, friends and all the residents at Banfields as well. But thank you for doing all that you are. I appreciate it, as I’m sure does so many others. Keep up the great work. Ray says thank you.

– Elena Evans (Relative)

Thank you so much for the care you take of my mum, Viola Schwennesen, especially over the last few days while she has been so unwell. Your concern and the way you look after her is nothing short of brilliant.

Your efforts are noticed and you are appreciated, no matter what function you perform. Bless you and keep safe.

– Janet Nicholls (a grateful daughter)

Helen and myself are thankful to all of you at the present time for everything you are doing to keep Mum safe.

– Deb Forrest (for Nance)

A big thank you to all the staff for the care you gave Mum and the support you gave to her during the end of her life.  Also the constant communication and support to her family during that time.

Thank you for being there for John and Margaret whilst they were residents at Banfields.

– The Rogers Family

Thank you so very much for all your loving care for Annabell over the last 7 years. You have been like family to her.

– Heatherley & Sophie

Your wholehearted care and dedication to all the dear people in your care is amazing.

The stress and worry must be so taxing as you all continue to ‘soldier on’.

As a church community we keep you in our hearts and prayers.

Thank you so much for welcoming Jan into the Kangaroo Ward. We are sorry that it came with a lockdown that meant you had to wear full P.P.E.
